摘要
为了满足国内对非常规能源页岩气进行开采,研制出一套适合在页岩层钻进的油基钻井液体系CQ-WOM。对比哈里伯顿油基钻井液INNOVERT体系,在一定温度范围内,具有更好的热稳定性。通过室内研究和四川威远-长宁区块现场应用情况表明,国产油基钻井液CQ-WOM具有较好的抑制泥页岩水化分散的能力;封堵性与滤失造壁性能优异,高温高压滤失量小于3.5 m L(测试温度120℃),能够降低滤液对储层的伤害;具有较好的乳化稳定性,ES值大于1 000 V;抗岩屑污染能力强;维护和处理工艺简单,可操作性强。
In order to satisfy the exploitation of unconventional energy shale gas in China, a set of oil-based drilling fluid system suitable for drilling in shale layer was developed independently. Comparison of Halliburton IN- NOVERT system of oil based drilling fluid, domestic oil-based drilling fluid has better thermal stability in a certain temperature range. According to the laboratory study and the field application of Weiyuan-Changning block, the do- mestic oil base drilling fluid CQ-WOM has the better ability to inhibit the shale hydration and dispersion ;The seal- ing performance of the filter is excellent, and the filter loss of high temperature and high pressure is less than 3.5 mL (test temperature 120 ℃ ) , which can reduce the damage to the reservoir;This system has a good emulsion sta- bility, ES value is greater than 1 000 V; The resistance to debris contamination ability is strong; Maintenance and treatment processing is simple and workable.
