肾交感神经消融术治疗高血压已经有了近百年历史,从起初的惊喜发现到后来的得以验证,再到后来的引发争议,历程坎坷。本文总结经皮导管射频消融肾脏去交感神经支配术治疗顽固性高血压的研究进展与不足,重新评估此项技术的临床意义,以期为该技术未来的走向提供参考。

Transcatheter renal sympathetic denervation with radiofrequency ablation,as a treatment for refractory hypertension,has nearly a century history,from the beginning of the surprise found,to the later of sparked controversy.We concluded the contribution and limitation of the percutaneous catheter ablation of renal sympathetic denervation,in order to evaluate the clinical significance of the technique.
