摘要
目的应用多层螺旋CT三维成像技术测量正常成人和原发性泪道阻塞(PNDO)患者骨性泪道,探讨骨性泪道的长度和直径在PNDO的诊断和治疗中的价值。方法对52名正常成人和78例PNDO患者行多层螺旋CT轴位平扫,三维重组后测量骨性泪道的长度和直径。结果正常成人骨性泪道长度[(13.17±1.34)mm]较PNDO患者[(13.72±0.91)mm]短(P<0.01)。正常成人骨性泪道最窄直径[(4.13±0.66)mm]较PNDO患者[(3.41±0.37)mm]大(P<0.01)。PNDO手术治疗后无效组较治愈组的骨性泪道长度更长、直径更小,差异具有显著意义。结论多层螺旋CT三维成像可以协助临床更好地诊断和治疗PNDO。
Objective To measure the length of the bony lacrimal duet and the diameter of the narrowest part of the duct in normal adults and in patients with primary nasolaerimal duct obstruction ( PNDO ) using multi - slice spiral CT ( MSCT), so as to evaluate the value of this technique in the PNDO. Methods 52 normal adults and 78 patients with PN- DO underwent axial plain CT scanning. The length of the bony lacrimal duct and the diameter of the narrowest part of the duct were measured by a three - dimensional imaging technique. Results The normal adult' s length of bony lacrimal duct [ ( 13.17 ± 1.34) ram) was shorter than in patients with PNDO [ ( 13.72 ± 0.91 ) mm ] ( P 〈 0.01 ). The normal adult' s diameter of the narrowest part of the duct[ (4.13 ±0. 66)mm ] was wider than in patients with PNDO [ (3.41 ± 0.37 )mm ] (P 〈 0.01 ). The duet's length was shorter in the cured group with PNDO than in the non -responder group. The duct's narrowest part is wider in the cured group than in the non - responder group. Conclusion The technique of multi - slice spiral CT with three - dimensional imaging is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of PNDO.
