糖尿病1号中药验方的临床作用机制研究 被引量:7

Study on the Clinical Effects of Diabetic No.1 Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病初始治疗患者服用糖尿病1号中药验方对炎症因子的临床作用。方法选择2014—2015年的2型糖尿病初期或者初始治疗患者48例,随机分为中药组和西药组,每组24例。西药组采用赖脯胰岛素注射液(25R)联合二甲双胍片和阿卡波糖片进行治疗;中药组采用糖尿病1号中药验方进行治疗。记录并比较治疗前后2组患者体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素1β的结果变化。结果与治疗前比较,西药组和中药组均能有效降低患者的空腹血糖(P<0.05);中药组能明显降低白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素1β(P<0.05),而西药组不能降低炎症因子;同时2组患者的BMI也无明显变化。中药组的不良反应发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病1号中药验方能降低糖尿病患者血糖和抑制炎症因子;同时低血糖和胃肠道等不良反应发生率相对低,依从性好。该验方适用于炎症因子引起的糖尿病,抗炎机制可能是其治疗糖尿病的作用机制之一。 OBJECTIVE To study the mechanism of diabetic No. 1 prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on inflammatory factors in initial treatment patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. METHODS The 48 cases(2014-2015 years) of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group, 24 cases in each group. The western medicine group with Recombinant Human Insulin Lispro Injection(25R) combined with metformin treatment and Acarbose Tablet; the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with the prescription of diabetes No. 1 Traditional Chinese medicine prescription. Recorded and compared before and after treatment in 2 groups of patients with body mass index(BMI), the changes of fasting blood glucose, interleukin 6, tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin 1 beta. RESULTS Compared with before treatment, the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group can effectively reduce the patient's fasting blood glucose(P〈0.05) The Chinese medicine group could significantly reduce the expression of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin 1 beta(P〈0.05), but the western medicine group can not reduce the inflammatory factor;at the same time, there was no significant change in the BMI of the 2 groups(P〈0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine group was less than that of the control group(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Diabetes No.1 Prescription prescription can reduce blood sugar and inhibit inflammatory factors in patients with diabetes mellitus;at the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions such as hypoglycemia and gastrointestinal tract was relatively low, and the compliance was good. The prescription is suitable for diabetes mellitus induced by inflammatory factors, and its anti-inflammatory mechanism may be one of the mechanisms of the treatment of diabetes.
