摘要
黑皮质素受体4(MCAR)可通过作用于中枢阿片一促黑素细胞皮质素原(POMC)神经元、交感节前神经元、以及与其激动剂的相互作用,调控食物摄入和能量消耗,进而改善肥胖。此外,MC4R还可参与胰岛素敏感性及葡萄糖稳态的调控,为肥胖及糖尿病的治疗提供新靶点。
Melanocortin 4 receptor (MCAR) plays a major role in food intake and energy expenditure regulation by interacting with pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC) neurons, sympathetic preganglionie neurons and its agonists, thus improves obesity. In addition, MC4R also mediates the regulation of insulin sensitivity and glucose homeostasis, providing new target for the treatment of obesity and diabetes.
