摘要
水液压传动是一种最常用的海洋能能量转换方式。针对潮流能水轮机及其能量转换的特点,设计了一种动外壳式海水径向柱塞泵,研究了其静态性能;详细分析了关键摩擦副—滚动体与外壳内曲面摩擦副的接触力学特性;建立关键零部件网格模型,对其应力分布规律进行分析。
Water hydraulic transmission is one of the most commonly used conversion method for ocean energy. In this paper, a radial piston pump with a revolving outer ring is designed for tidal energy conversion and the static characteristics of the prototype are studied. In details, the contact mechanics of the key friction pairs (the friction pairs between the rolling elements and the outer ring) is investigated. Grid models of the key components are developed and the stress distribution characteristics are analysed.
