合肥市某三甲医院健康体检者血尿酸水平及其与高血压患病率的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of the serum uric acid level with hypertension among health examinees in a tertiary hospital of Hefei

目的：探讨合肥市某三甲医院健康体检者人群血尿酸水平及其与高血压患病率的相关性。方法：选取合肥市某三甲医院体检中心2011年健康体检者9421名,收集研究对象一般资料、体格检查与血生化指标。结果：研究对象血尿酸水平为（334.1±82.29）μmol/L,高尿酸血症的患病率为15.6%。其平均收缩压和舒张压均随着尿酸水平的升高而升高（P〈0.01）,随着血尿酸水平的升高,高血压患病率也升高（P〈0.01）。通过调整性别、年龄、体质量指数、血糖、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、尿素氮和肌酐等因素,血尿酸水平是影响高血压的独立影响因素。276～μmol/L组、330～μmol/L组和≥388μmol/L组发生高血压的风险分别是〈276μmol/L组的1.230倍、1.456倍和1.732倍。结论：血尿酸水平和血压、高血压患病率紧密相关,常规检查血尿酸水平对高血压的防治有重要临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the correlation of the serum uric acid level with hypertension among health examinees in a tertiary hospital of Hefei. Methods：The data of general information,physical examination and blood biochemical examination in 9 421 health examinees from a tertiary hospital of Hefei were investigated in 2011,which was statistically analyzed using the SPSS software （version 18. 0）. Results：The average level of serum uric acid in all subjects was （334. 1 ± 82. 29）μmol/L,and the incidence rate of hyperuricemia was 15. 6%. With the increasing of the serum uric acid level,the average level of systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased（P〈0. 01）. The incidence rate in the cases（the serum uric acid level≥388μmol/L） was the highest,and the incidence rate of hypertension increased with the increasing of the serum uric acid level（P〈0. 01）. By adjusting the gender,age,body mass index, blood sugar,HDL,LDL,TC,TG,BUN and Cre facors,the serum uric acid level was the independent influencing factor of hypertension. Compared with the patients（the serum uric acid level 〈276 μmol/L）,the multiples of hypertension onset in 276 ~μmol/L,330 ~μmol/L and≥388μmol/L cases were 1. 230,1. 456 and 1. 732,respectively. Conclusions：The serum uric acid level is closely related to the blood pressure level and hypertension prevalence. The serum uric acid level has important clinical significance in the prevention of hypertension.
