乳腺术后感染的相关因素及其防控对策

The related factors of the postoperative infection in breast surgery and its countermeasures

目的:分析乳腺术后感染的相关因素,探讨有效的防控对策。方法:回顾性分析362例乳腺手术患者的临床资料,利用logistic回归分析筛选出术后感染的独立风险因素,制定有效的防控对策。结果:362例患者中术后感染8例,感染率为2.2%。logistic回归分析显示,乳腺手术类型、手术时间以及是否采用聚维酮碘清洗切口均为乳腺术后感染的独立风险因素(P<0.05)。结论:通过强化手术医生的手术操作技能,规范术后护理流程能够显著降低乳腺术后感染率。

Objective：To explore the related factors of the postoperative infection in breast surgery and its countermeasures. Methods：The clinical data of 362 patients treated with breast surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The independent risk factors of the postoperative infection were screened using logistic regression analysis,and the effective countermeasures were implemented. Results：Among 362 patients,the postoperative infection in 8 cases were found,the infection rate of which was 2. 2%. Logistic regression analysis showed that breast surgery type,operation time,and povidone iodine cleaning wound were the independent risk factor of postoperative infection（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：Strengthening the clinician skill and specifying the postoperative nursing process can significantly reduce the postoperative infection rate of breast.
