摘要 为了改善现有三维筒状织物成型方法不能解决增强体质量的问题,设计一种新型三维筒状织物,分析其结构并对织造这种织物的三维圆织机进行了总体设计,详细介绍织机主要组成机构、织造原理和主要技术特征,以及其优点和不足。指出:采用无交织三维结构固结纬纱法织造三维筒状织物,织物致密且几何精度高、质量好,稳定性好;并在此设计与织造原理基础上,可进一步研制其它纤维和构造的三维织物。 As to the fact that the current forming method of 3D tubular fabric fails to control the quality of the enhancement fabric,a new designed 3D tubular fabric is introduced with the analysis of the structure and overal design is given in making 3D tubular fabric.Introduction is made to the main composition of the loom with weaving principle and main technical characteristics plus its advantages and disadvantages. It is pointed out that the new 3D tubular fabric can be made with solidated filling process with 3D free interwoven structure, the fabric being closely woven, of good geometric accuracy and quality, and stability. Further development of different fiber and other structured fabric can be done on the basis of the 3D tubular design.
