用新型梳理器材提高机采棉梳理质量的实践

Improving Carding Quality Using New Carding Accessories

为了提高机采棉梳理质量,介绍机采棉的原料特点、梳理工艺配置以及对梳理质量的要求,分析机采棉梳理中易出现短绒率高、棉结杂质排除不充分的原因,运用新型梳理器材进行实践并对比数据。指出:机采棉因含杂率高、各类疵点多等问题导致其成纱强力低、结杂大;采用AT型薄尖加密刺辊、NS型双阶锥齿锡林针布、锥齿高密度锡林针布、大排杂BNT型高密度弹性盖板针布等新型梳理器材,增加梳理齿密,改善排杂能力,明显提高机采棉梳理质量。

To improve carding quality of machine-picked cotton, introduction is made to the char- acteristics of machine-picked cotton, carding process configuration requirements on carding quality.Analysis is done of the cause resulting in high short fiber rate,inadeqaute removal of neps and impurities in the process of carding machine-picked cotton.New carding accessories are used to make comparative data analysis.It is pointed out that poor yarn strength and high content of neps result from machine-picked cotton with high content and varieties of neps.Reasonable application of the closely wired roller with AT thin and sharp points, NS bevelled wire cylinder clothing with double stairs, cylinder clothing closely planted with bevelled wire, a large complex of BNT high density elastic flat clothing and other new carding accessories, can effectively improve the piecing ability, increase the combing wire density, improve the discharging ability, consequently improving carding quality of machine-picked cotton.
