摘要
用离子液体(IL)氯化-1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑改性氧化石墨烯(IL-GO)/IL改性白炭黑(IL-白炭黑)填充天然橡胶(NR),研究了IL-GO在硫化胶中的分散状况,考察了IL-GO用量对NR混炼胶的结合胶、硫化特性及硫化胶的物理机械性能、导热性能的影响。结果表明,IL可以明显改善GO在NR中的分散性,同时可促进NR混炼胶的硫化;当IL-GO用量为1份时,NR硫化胶的物理机械性能和导热性能达到最佳,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和导热系数均达到最大值,分别为27.26 MPa、74.30 k N/m和0.213 W/(m·K);随着IL-GO用量的增加,NR硫化胶的储能模量上升,玻璃化转变温度下降。
Natural rubber( NR) was filled with silica and graphene oxide( GO) modified with ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chloride( IL) respectively,the dispersion of GO modified with IL( IL-GO) in NR vulcanizates was studied,and the effects of IL-GO on the curing characteristics,bound rubber of NR compounds and the mechanical properties,thermal conductivity of NR vulcanizates were investigated. The results showed that IL could significantly improve the dispersion of GO and promote cure of NR compounds. When the amount of IL-GO was 1 phr,the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of NR vulcanizates achieved the best,the tensile strength,tear strength and thermal conductivity were improved to the maximum,27. 26 MPa,74. 30 k N / m and 0. 213 W/( m·K). With increasing amount of IL-GO,the storage modulus of vulcanizates increased,and the glass transition temperature decreased.
