摘要 用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(BMI)改性氧化石墨烯(GO),以改性GO(GO-BMI)填充天然橡胶(NR),通过X射线衍射法、差示扫描量热法和拉曼光谱表征了GO-BMI,考察了GO-BMI用量对NR混炼胶硫化特性的影响,并采用Ghoreisy模型和自催化反应模型研究了硫化动力学。结果表明,GO经过BMI改性后,层间距进一步增大,玻璃化转变温度相比BMI向高温方向移动,结构的无序性增大;随着GO-BMI用量的增加,NR混炼胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间均延长,硫化速率下降;Ghoreisy模型和自催化模型均能很好地描述GO-BMI/NR混炼胶的硫化动力学,随着GOBMI用量的增加,硫化反应活化能逐渐增大。 Graphene oxide(GO) was modified by ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate( BMI),and the obtained modified graphene oxide( GO-BMI) was filled natural rubber( NR) matrix to prepare GO-BMI/NR compounds.GO-BMI was characterized by X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and Raman spectrometry. The effects of GO-BMI on the curing characteristics of GO-BMI / NR compounds were investigated,and the vulcanization kinetics was studied by Ghoreisy's model and autocatalytic reaction model. The results showed that after GO was modified with BMI,the layer spacing of GO increased,the glass transition temperature of GO-BMI shifted to high temperature,and the disordered structure increased. With the increase of GO-BMI,both the scorch time and the curing time of GO-BMI / NR compounds increased,the curing rate decreased. Both of the Ghoreisy model and the autocatalytic reaction model could simulate the vulcanization kinetics of GOBMI / NR compounds accurately,and with the increase of GO-BMI,the activation energy for vulcanization increased gradually.
