摘要
矿井由于现有地面注浆系统能力不足,急需从从地面向井下施工输料孔、铺设注浆管路,扩大矿井注浆能力,输料孔施工要求时间紧,精度高,准确的贯通测量工作是输料孔顺利施工的关键。针对输料孔贯通测量距离远(超过4000m)、难度大的问题,制定了合理的测量方案,对地面GPS测量、井上下联系测量、陀螺定向、井下导线测量等各个测量环节都提出了详细的技术要求和精度要求,保证了输料孔按设计准确贯通,同时对矿井测量系统进行了恢复重建,为矿井安全生产提供可靠的技术保障。
Due to the inadequate surface grouting system,the mine need urgently to construct conveying hole,and build grouting pipe from surface to underground, and improve the grouting ability of mine.The construction of conveying hole requires to be done within short term and high precision.Thus, the accurate transfixion survey is the key to the successful construction of conveying hole.As for the problem of long distance survey of the conveying hole (over 4000 m),and high degree of difficulty,the paper gives proper proposal of survey,and proposes detailed technology and accuracy requirements for each survey steps,like surface GPS survey, surface-underground connecting survey, gyro- orientation, and underground traverse survey.Therefore, ensures the conveying hole can be transfixed accurately according to the design.And at the same time, this paper reconstructs the survey system of mine,giving a reliable technology insurance to the safety production of colliery.
