摘要
刮板输送机是煤炭运输系统中重要的一环,随着现代化矿井建设和煤矿机械化程度的提高,对刮板输送机连续性正常生产的要求也越来越高,但由于恶劣的生产环境,刮板输送机常常发生故障而需要停机修复。为减少故障的发生和发生故障后快速的维修,本文提出故障树分析法分析刮板输送机的故障问题,提高煤矿刮板输送机处理故障的能力和减少刮板输送机的故障率,推进了煤矿安全高效生产。
To reduce the fault occurrence on scraper conveyor and realize the rapid repair after the failure, the author introduce the fault tree analysis in finding out the failures in scraper conveyor,which can promote the safety development of mining techniques and high-efficiency production mode by improving the ability of fault treatment and reduce the fauh rate in scraper conveyor
