摘要
西川煤矿开采10#、11#极近距离煤层,工作面采用联合内错方式布置,通过在下部1105工作面设置观测站测定液压支架工作阻力,分析支架初撑力、工作阻力、末阻力分布特征,探讨ZY4000/18/41型液压支架的适应性。结果表明,由于支架初撑力达标率不高,以一次增阻为主,末阻力非常接近额定工作阻力,多为被动承载的状态,维护成本大。回采过程中,应适当加大1005工作面超前距,防止1105工作面煤壁片帮及支架承压。
give a 10# and 11# mine very close distance coal seams,coal face with combination in the wrong way,through setting station in the lower part of 1105 face determination of hydraulic support working resistance,analysis of bracket at the end of the initial supporting force,working resistance and resistance distribution features,explore the adaptive ZY4000/18/41 type hydraulic support.Results show that with the early stent supporting force success rate is not high,with an increased resistance is given priority to,at the end of the resistance is very close to the rated working resistance, is passive bearing state, more maintenance costs.Extraction process, should be appropriate increase 1005 working face advancing distance, and prevent the 1105 working face of coal wall to help and support under pressure.
