摘要
【目的】探讨中药穴位敷贴疗法对实验性乳腺增生模型大鼠的作用机制。【方法】将30只SD(远交群)大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、穴位敷贴组,每组10只。采用雌激素诱导法复制大鼠实验性乳腺增生模型,以中药穴位敷贴治疗。采用免疫组织化学染色方法,观察各组大鼠乳腺组织细胞中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的分布或含量。【结果】与正常组比较,模型组ER、PR表达水平显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,穴位敷贴组ER、PR表达水平显著降低(P<0.01)。【结论】中药穴位敷贴疗法可能通过下调乳腺组织ER、PR表达,从而起到抑制乳腺增生的作用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of acupoint application of Chinese medicine for experimental rat model with hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods Thirty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, and acupoint application group, 10 rats in each group. Experimental model with hyperplasia of mammary glands was established by estrogen-induced method. The acupoint application of Chinese medicine was used for the treatment. The estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) expression in mammary glands of various groups were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with the normal group, the levels of ER and PR expression were increased in the model group (P 〈 0.01) . Compared with the model group, the levels of ER and PR expression were decreased in the acupoint application group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The acupoint application of Chinese medicine has curative efficacy on hyperplasia of mammary glands, and its mechanism may be related with the down-regulation of ER and PR expression.
