马克思主义诞生160多年来,有过辉煌灿烂的标志性事件和发展历程,从而显示了蓬勃绚丽的生命力;但今天仍然面临着众多挑战,需要我们加以冷静思考。具体表现在:苏东剧变使整个世界社会主义运动陷入低潮,使发达国家共产党的力量大大削弱,使马克思主义遭到空前的质疑和挑战;经济全球化带来的科技进步反问着马克思主义的资本"危机"理论,带来的全球一体化质疑着马克思主义的"阶级斗争学说",带来的文化多元化挑战着马克思主义指导地位的一元化;当代社会思潮中"左"倾思潮对马克思主义的扭曲,右倾思潮对马克思主义的演变,"中间道路"的民主社会主义对马克思主义的冲击;当代中国社会问题如党风政风问题、公共危机问题、社会民生问题也严峻地考验着马克思主义的生命力。

Marx,formed 160 years ago,has witnessed a brilliant landmark event and development,which shows the brilliant vigorous vitality;but today it is still facing many challenges, we need to think about it carefully. Specific performances are as follows： Su Dong revulsion makes the whole world socialist movement at a low ebb, the developed countries of the Communist Party strength are greatly weakened, the Marx doctrine has been questioned and unprecedented challenges brought about by the economic globalization and the progress of science and technology ; unreliable to Marx＇ s ＂capital crisis＂ theory, globalization challenging Marx＇ s ＂theory of class struggle＂, cultural diversity brings challenge to the unification of the guiding position of the Marx doctrine;the contemporary social trend of thought of ＂left＂ thoughts of Marx＇ s distortion of the evolution of rightist trend to the Marx doctrine, the impact of middle of the road of democratic socialism theory of Marx;contemporary social problems such as Chinese party political problems, public crisis, the social and livelihood issues is the grim test of Marx＇ s vitality.
