The paper briefly introduces a design of the RF front-end TR module for altimeter measuring system. The design of main functional circuit along with the technological indicators is discussed in details. The RF front-end achieves an output transmit power of 16W and higher; the whole temperature stability for output power is less than 0.1 dB/10℃ ; the transmit-receive isolation is greater than 112 dBc and the port leakage is below 34 dBμV.
