摘要
对新疆胜沃产的快速热解全馏分煤焦油进行了性质分析,并以其为原料考察了加氢工艺条件对产物分布的影响。结果表明:该煤焦油中金属、硫、残炭、沥青质以及轻组分含量均较低,氮含量较高;经单段固定床加氢处理,在反应温度400℃、氢分压12 MPa、氢油体积比1 000、液时空速1.0 h-1的反应条件下,煤焦油中大于500℃的重馏分全部转化,轻油馏分(汽油馏分、柴油馏分)收率达到70.15%,且汽油馏分可作为重整原料或作为汽油调和组分,柴油馏分中芳烃含量较高,不宜直接作为柴油调和组分。
The properties of flash pyrolysis full range coal tar produced by Shengwo,Xinjiang,was analyzed,and with it as raw material,the influences of hydrogenation process conditions on product distribution was investigated. The results showed that the coal tar had a lower content of carbon residue,metal,sulphur,asphaltene and the light distillate,but nitrogen content was higher; after the hydrotreatment of single section of a fixed-bed reactor and under the conditions of reaction temperature 400 ℃,hydrogen pressure 12 MPa,hydrogen to oil ratio1 000,liquid hourly space velocity 1. 0 h-1,heavy distillate( more than 500 ℃) of coal tar was fully converted,the conversion of light distillate( gasoline distillate,diesel distillate) reached 70. 15%,and gasoline distillate could be used as reformed material or gasoline blending component,diesel distillate had higher aromatic hydrocarbon content,which was unsuitable for diesel as blending component.
