Study on catalytic performance of a new type of ferrite spinel catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of butene to butadiene

摘要 采用改进的共沉淀法制备出新一代铁系尖晶石丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯催化剂,并以混合C4馏分或正丁烯为原料,在200 m L固定床反应装置上,考察了主要工艺条件对所制备催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,在水/丁烯摩尔比为12~17,O2/丁烯摩尔比为0.65~0.73,反应温度为380~400℃,丁烯体积空速为400 h-1的适宜工艺条件下,丁烯转化率高于82%,丁二烯选择性高于90%,其催化性能优于原铁系工业化催化剂W-201。 A new type of ferrite spinel catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation to butadiene was prepared by the improved coprecipitation method. With mixed C4 fractions or n-butene as feedstocks,the effects of operation conditions on the catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst were investigated in a 200 m L fixed bed reactor. The results showed that under the optimum operation conditions of water to butane 12-17( molar ratio),oxygen to butene 0. 65-0. 73( molar ratio),reaction temperature 380-400 ℃,volume space velocity of butene 400 h-1,the conversion of butene was above 82%,the selectivity of butadiene was above 90%,and the catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst was better than that of the former ferrite spinel industrial catalyst W-201.
