摘要
采用蜡油低温余热加热放空塔塔底污油,变更乏汽进入位置的方案,对中国石油乌鲁木齐石化的延迟焦化装置放空系统进行了改造。结果表明:装置改造后,解决了由放空塔塔底离心泵汽蚀引起的一系列问题;装置实现了污油全回炼,轻质油和总液体收率分别提高了3.05,3.23个百分点;装置节约总能耗为4 770×104k J。
The venting system of a delayed coker unit in Urumqi Petrochemical Company,Petro China,was revamped by low-temperature waste heat of wax oil heating sump oil at the bottom of vent tower and changing exhausted steam into the vent system position. The results showed that after revampment,a series of problems caused by the cavitation in the centrifugal pump from the bottom of the vent tower were solved. The full recycling of sum poil was realized. The yield of light oil and total liquid increased3. 05,3. 23 percent points respectively,and the saving total energy consumption was 4 770 × 104 k J.
