摘要
采取多种措施,对中国石油兰州石化公司的重油催化裂化(2套)、延迟焦化、制氢、柴油加氢等装置在开停工过程中,出现的因火炬气排放量过高,系统回收不及时,而引发的火炬燃放问题进行了改进。结果表明:通过优化装置开停工操作,对火炬回收系统进行改进等措施,使火炬燃放次数由2012—2014年的21次降至2015年上半年的0次,实现了火炬零燃放。
The flame problem was revamped by various measures,due to higher emission load of flare gas,not timely recovery of the system,in the process of start-up and shut-down of heavy oil catalytic cracking( 2 sets),delayed coking,hydrogen,diesel hydrogenation unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,Petro China. The results showed that the numbers of flame lighting decreased from 21 times in 2012—2014 years to 0 time in the first half of 2015 by optimizing the device start-up and shut-down operation and improving flare recovery system. The zero setting off was realized in the unit.
