浙江省急诊急救专科护士临床使用情况调查

Survey on clinical use status of emergency nursing specialists in Zhejiang Province

目的了解浙江省急诊急救专科护士的临床使用情况,为加强急诊急救专科护士的使用、管理及完善专科护士培训提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的急诊急救专科护士使用情况调查问卷,对2010~2014年参与浙江省急诊急救专科护士培训的98家医院的护理管理者进行调查。结果回收有效问卷93份,22.6%医院有设置专科护士岗位和明确的岗位职责,专科护士返岗后的工作职责主要涉及疑难病例讨论、临床专科教学指导、专科护理研究、临床常规护理工作、护理管理5个方面;取证后有69.9%的医院为专科护士提供优先外出培训机会,30.1%医院专科护士取证前后福利待遇无变化;36.6%医院对专科护士取证后有考核要求。结论急诊急救专科护士临床角色定位有待进一步明确,应重视急诊急救专科护士的专职化使用与管理,专科护士再认证体系有待进一步完善。

Objective To study the status of clinical use of emergency nursing specialists in Zhejiang Province to provide evidence for improving emergency nursing specialists use,management and training.Method Investigate nursing managers from 98 hospitals taking part in emergency nursing specialists training from 2010 to 2014by self-designed questionnaire.Result 93 valid questionnaires are received.22.6% hospitals have set special nursing posts and clear post duties.Duties of nurses returning work include difficult diseases discussion,clinical specialty teaching guidance,specialty nursing research,clinical routine nursing care and nursing management.69.9% hospitals provide nursing specialists with prior training chances after receiving certificate.30.1% hospitals provide no remuneration improvement after nurses receiving certificate.36.6% hospital have assessment requirements after nurses receiving certificate.Conclusion Clinical post orientation of emergency nursing specialists needs to be clarified.Emergency nursing specialists＇ use and management needs more attention and re-qualification certification system needs to be enhanced for nursing specialists.
