摘要
在深入研读《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB31571-2015)的基础上,分析和探讨执行这一环保新规后对PTA工厂废水、废气排放控制的影响,对PTA厂界及周边污染控制的新要求。
Based on the in-depth study of the＂ Pollutant Discharge Standard for Petrochemical Industry＂ （GB31571- 2015 ）, this paper analyzes and discusses the effect of the implementation of this new environmental regulation on the wastewater and exhaust gas emission control in PTA plant and the new requirements for PTA plant boundary and surrounding pollution control.
