结膜瓣遮盖术在难治性角膜溃疡临床治疗中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Conjunctival Flap Covering Surgery in the Treatment of Refractory Corneal Ulcer

目的：观察结膜瓣遮盖术在难治性角膜溃疡临床治疗中的效果。方法：选取某院2013年5月-2015年10月份收治的80例难治性角膜溃疡患者为研究对象,均签署知情同意书后随机分为对照组及观察组各40例,对照组采用角膜烧灼法治疗,研究组采用结膜瓣遮盖术予以治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果：研究组患者治疗总有效率92.5%,与对照组的80%相比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者术后视力状况相比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：结膜瓣遮盖术治疗难治性角膜溃疡疗效确切,能够显著提高患者视力,可以作为优选方案在临床治疗工作中推广使用。

Objective：To observe the effect of conjunctival flap covering surgery in the treatment of refractory corneal ulcer.Methods：80cases of refractory corneal ulcer patients in a hospital from May 2013 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group（40cases）and observation group（40cases）after signed the informed consent.The control group was given corneal cauterization treatment,and the study group received conjunctival flap covering surgery treatment.Then compared the clinical curative effects of two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the study group was 92.5%,and that of the control group was 80%,which the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Compared with the postoperative visual acuity of two groups,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of conjunctival flap covering surgery in treatment of refractory corneal ulcer is exact,and can significantly improve the visual acuity,which can be used as a preferred scheme in clinical work for promotion and application.
