宫腔镜治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Submucous Myoma

目的：探讨分析宫腔镜治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法：任意选取某院2014年4月-2015年3月期间某院接收治疗的68例粘膜下子宫肌瘤患者作为研究分析对象,将所选患者按入院单双顺序号分为对照组（34例）和研究组（34例）,对照组采用开腹手术进行治疗,研究组采用宫腔镜进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗状况。结果：比较两组患者治疗过程中各指数状况,包含手术时间、平均出血量、住院时间、肛门排气时间等几个方面,研究组明显优于对照组,数据有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。比较两组患者并发症总发生率,研究组8.82%明显低于对照组23.53%,数据有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤疾病可考虑首选宫腔镜方式进行治疗,此治疗方式创伤性较小,可明显提高患者治疗疗效,各指标均得到很好的改善,应用价值较大。

Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical effects of hysteroscopy in the treatment of submucous myoma.Methods：68patients with submucous myoma treated in a hospital from April 2014 to March2015were taken as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group（34cases）and study group（34cases）according to the single and double admission sequence number.Patients of control group were treated with the open surgery while in the study group patients were treated with the hysteroscopy.Then the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results：The each index of condition in the treatment of two groups were compared,including the operation time,the average amount of bleeding,hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and so on several aspect.The indexs of study group were significantly better than those of control group,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In addition,the incidence rate of complications of study group（8.82%）was significantly lower than that of control group（23.53%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Hysteroscopy in the treatment of submucous myoma can be considered the first choice,which can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients with smaller traumas,and all indicators are well improved with larger the value of application.
