原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的CT、MRI表现与病理对照分析

CT and MRI Manifestations of Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma and Comparative Analysis of Pathology

目的:综合分析原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的CT、MRI(磁共振)表现与病理对照。方法:选取某院在2014年1月~2015年6月间经病理证实的的11例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,并且选取同期收治的10例胶质瘤患者作为对照。结果:11例原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者中有8例单发(占72.7%),3例多发(27.3%);原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤组的MVD值为(20.5±10.6)支,胶质瘤A组(I^II级,3例)的MVD值为(17.2±6.8)支,胶质瘤B组(III^IV级,7例)的MVD值为(42.1±17.0)支,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤组的VEGF表达中强阳性有1例,阳性有3例,较强阳性有4例,弱阳性有3例,胶质瘤A组VEGF表达中强阳性有0例,阳性有2例,较强阳性有1例,弱阳性有0例,胶质瘤B组VEGF表达中强阳性有2例,阳性有1例,较强阳性有0例,弱阳性有4例,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的病理学基础决定其在CT以及MRI表现方面具有自己的特点。

Objective：To comprehensively analyze the CT and MRI manifestations of primary central nervous system lymphoma and pathology contrast.Methods：11cases of primary central nervous system lymphoma patients confirmed by pathology and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects,and selected 10 patients with glioma treated in our hospital in the same period as control objects.Results：Among 11 cases of primary central nervous system lymphoma patients,there 8cases of patients were single（72.7%）,and 3cases of patients were multiple（27.3%）.The MVD value of primary central nervous system lymphoma group was（20.5±10.6）,the MVD value of glioma group A（grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ,3cases）was（17.2±6.8）,and the MVD value of glioma group B（level Ⅲ-Ⅳ,7cases）was（42.1±17.0）,which the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Among VEGF expression of primary central nervous system lymphoma group,there was 1case of strong positive,3cases of positive,4cases of relatively strong positive,and 3cases of weakly positive.Among VEGF expression of glioma group A,there was no strong positive,2cases of positive,1case of relatively strong positive,and no weakly positive;Among VEGF expression of glioma group B,there were 2cases of strong positive,1case of positive,no relatively strong positive,and 4cases of weakly positive.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The pathological basis of primary central nervous system lymphoma decided that it has its own characteristics on CT and MRI manifestations.
