消化内镜应用于上消化道出血治疗的效果观察

Observation of Effect of Application of Digestive Endoscopy in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:探讨应用消化内镜治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法:选取上消化道出血患者102例,随机分为对照组(n=51例)与研究组(n=51例)两个组别,对照组采用传统治疗方式,研究组则在其基础上应用消化内镜进行治疗,对其治疗效果进行比较。结果:通过治疗,研究组患者的总有效率、临床指标(住院时间、不良反应发生率、止血时间)均明显优于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的再次出血率则明显高于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上消化道出血治疗中应用消化内镜的临床效果比较明显,值得推广。

Objective：To probe into the clinical effects of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods：102cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and divided into two groups,study group and control group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group were treated with the conventional therapy while in the observation group,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,they were treated with the digestive endoscopy.Then,the clinical effect of the two methods was compared.Results：After the treatment,the total effective rate,clinical indicators（hospitalization time,incidence of adverse reactions,hemostasis time）in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The rate of recurrence in the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is obvious,which is worthy of promotion in clinical value.
