摘要
目的:优选妇洁灵洗剂主要有效成分提取工艺。方法:以该复方主要成分苦参碱的转移率为指标,选取3个考察因素(加水量、提取时间和次数),采用L_9(3-4)正交表进行优选提取工艺实验。结果:提取工艺中10倍量水加热回流提取2次,每次2h为最优工艺。结论:妇洁灵洗剂经正交试验优选的提取工艺可行。
Objective:To optimize extraction technology of main effective components of Fujieling lotion.Methods:3factors(amount of water,extraction time and number of extractions)were selected by using L_9(3-4)orthogonal table to optimize the extraction technology,which were indexed by transfer rate of matrine.Results:10times the amount of water,2times heating reflux extraction and each time for 2hours was the optimal process.Conclusion:Extraction technology of Fujieling lotion through orthogonal test optimization is feasible.
