改良冲洗法治疗念珠菌性阴道炎患者综合护理干预临床研究

Clinical Research of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Improved Irrigation Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Monilial Vaginitis

目的：探讨采用改良冲洗法治疗念珠菌性阴道炎中,综合护理干预对治疗效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择2011年9月-2014年12月期间,某院收治的念珠菌性阴道炎患者166例为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组83例,均采用改良冲洗法进行治疗,给予对照组患者科室常规护理,观察组在科室常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预,观察两组患者的治疗效果和治疗后患者的生活质量情况。结果：观察组痊愈68例,有效13例,好转2例,无效0例,对照组痊愈49例,有效23例,好转11例,无效0例,组间比较差异有明显的统计学意义（P〈0.05）;随访4-6个月观察组复发5例,对照组复发18例,复发率组间比较差异有明显的统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者生活质量WHOQOL-100评分比较,差异有明显的统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在改良冲洗法治疗念珠菌性阴道炎中,对患者实施综合护理干预可提高有效率,降低复发率和进一步改善患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the treatment effect and impact on patients life quality of comprehensive nursing intervention on improved irrigation therapy in the treatment of patients with monilial vaginitis.Methods：166cases of patients with monilial vaginitis treated in a hospital from September 2011 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,83 cases in each group,and they all received improved irrigation treatment.Patients of control group were given routine nursing care,and patients of observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Then compared the therapeutic effect and patients life quality of two groups after treatment.Results：In observation group,68 cases were cured,13 cases were effective,2cases were improved,0cases was no effect;In control group,49 cases were cured,23 cases were effective,11 cases were improved,and 0cases was no effect.The differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Followed up for 4to 6months,5cases of patients in observation group were recurred,and 18 cases of patients in control group were recurred,which the difference of recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Compared the patients life quality WHOQOL-100 score of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on improved irrigation therapy in the treatment of patients with monilial vaginitis can improve the efficiency,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve patients＇ quality of life.
