腹腔镜下肾部分切除术后护理对策

Nursing Countermeasures after Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy

目的：探究与分析对于腹腔镜下肾部分切除的患者进行护理干预的效果。方法：选取某院自2014年1月-2015年12月收治的行腹腔镜下肾部分切除术的患者120例,采用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者进行全面护理,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察并对比两组患者经不同方式护理后并发症发生的情况和患者及其家属满意度情况。结果：观察组患者发生出血及尿漏比例明显低于对照组;观察组满意度明显提高于对照组,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论：对腹腔镜下肾部分切除术的患者进行全面的术后护理干预可以减少并发症的发生,提高患者及其家属的满意程度,并提高了依从性及护理服务质量,值得在临床上推广。

Objective：To explore and analyze the nursing intervention effect of patients with laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Methods：120cases of patients received laparoscopic partial nephrectomy treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group.Patients of observation group received comprehensive nursing care,and patients of control group were given routine nursing care.Then compared complications and patients and their families＇ satisfaction of two groups.Results：The incidence rate of bleeding and urinary leakage rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and degree of satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.The difference of two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with laparoscopic partial nephrectomy received comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the postoperative complications,improve satisfaction of patients and their families,and increase compliance and nursing service quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
