护理危急值的报告对患者安全的影响

Impact of Nursing Critical Value Report on Patient Safety

目的：探讨护理危急值的报告对患者安全的影响。方法：临床研究选择某院2013年1月-2015年12月之间收治的400例危急值报告患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组接受常规护理,实验组在此基础上应用护理危急值报告制度,比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果：高血糖、低血糖、高血钾、低血钾、APTT、PT、PCO2和PO2等危急值项目频次统计结果对比具有明显的统计学差异（P〈0.05）。实验组观察对象患者投诉次数、病情追踪不及时、沟通不良、标本不合格以及接报5min内未处理等观察指标结果均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在患者临床护理过程中应用危急值报告制度,有助于保证患者的护理安全,为临床护理工作提供明确指导。

Objective：To investigate the influence of nursing emergency report on patient＇s safety.Methods：400cases in emergency treated in a hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected,randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group received the routine nursing care,experimental group adopted critical care value report system on the basis of routine nursing care,then clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results：Hyperglycemia,hypoglycemia,hyperkalemia,hypokalemia,APTT,Pt,PCO2 and PO2and critical value project frequency statistics between the two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.The number of complaints,disease tracking is not timely,poor communication,specimens unqualified and 5min without treatment were observed in response to the report results of the experimental group,which were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of critical value reporting system in the process of clinical nursing can help to ensure the safety of patients and provide clear guidance for clinical nursing work.
