不稳定骨盆骨折患者救治中临床护理分析

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Care of Patients with Unstable Pelvic Fracture

目的：总结分析不稳定骨盆骨折患者的临床护理措施。方法：选择2012年6月-2014年6月期间某院收治的80例不稳定型骨盆骨折患者为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者给予骨科常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理干预措施,观察比较两组患者的骨折复位优良率、并发症发生率、护理满意度等指标。结果：观察组骨折复位优良率82.00%明显高于对照组65.00%,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度评分（92.5±1.2）分明显高于对照组,而并发症发生率7.50%明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：综合护理干预措施可以有效降低不稳定型骨盆骨折患者的并发症发生率,提高其骨折复位优良率,值得推广使用。

Objective：To summarize and analyze the clinical nursing measures for patients with unstable pelvic fracture.Methods：80cases of unstable pelvic fracture patients treated in a hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group（40cases）and control group（40cases）according to the different nursing method.The control group were given routine nursing care,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Then compared the excellent and good rate of reduction of fracture,complication rate and nursing satisfaction indexs of two groups.Results：The excellent and good rate of reduction of fracture of observation group（82.00%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（65.00%）,which the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The nursing satisfaction score of observation group（92.5±1.2）was significantly higher than that of control group,and complication rate of observation group（7.50%）was significantly lower than that of the control group,which the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with unstable pelvic fractures,and improve the excellent rate of fracture reduction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
