探讨分析合理的护理干预在眼部化学性碱烧伤中的应用价值

Application Value of Reasonable Nursing Intervention on Ocular Chemical Alkali Burn

目的:探讨合理护理干预在眼部化学性碱烧伤中的效果。方法:抽选眼部化学性碱烧伤患者75例(88只眼)并结合患者入院时间先后分为观察组(38例45只眼)和对照组(37例43只眼),对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予合理护理干预,对比两组患者鼓励效果差异。结果:观察组护理后眼部烧伤程度明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后视力明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);并发症发生率(7.9%)小于对照组(27.0%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:合理的护理干预能降低眼部化学性碱烧伤患者的损伤程度,恢复患者视力并降低其并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore the effect of reasonable nursing intervention on ocular chemical alkali burn.Methods：75cases（88eyes）patients with ocular chemical alkali burn were selected and divided into observation group（45eyes,38cases）and control group（37cases,43eyes）according to the date of admission.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given reasonable nursing intervention,then compared the encouraging effect of two groups.Results：The ocular burn degree of observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference is significant（P〈0.05）;The visual acuity of observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of control group,and the difference is significant（P〈0.05）;The complication rate of observation group（7.9%）was less than that of control group（27%）,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Reasonable nursing intervention can reduce the degree of injury of ocular chemical alkali burn patients,restore the visual acuity of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
