舒适护理在手术室护理工作中的临床应用效果

Clinical Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Operation Room Nursing Work

目的：探讨在手术室中应用舒适护理干预手术患者的临床效果。方法：将2014年2月-2016年2月某院收治的136例手术患者,随机分成观察组（68例）和对照组（68例）,分别行手术舒适护理和常规护理,评估患者术前情绪,术中出血量、手术时间及满意度,术后住院时间及并发症等情况。结果：与对照组相比,观察组患者术前SAS和SDS评分、术中出血量及术后并发症均明显降低,手术时间及术后住院时间均明显减少,术中满意度明显增高,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论：手术室中应用舒适护理于手术患者,可显著缓解患者的术前不良情绪,有利于手术的顺利进行及术后康复,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective：To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention on surgical patients in operation room.Methods：136cases of surgical patients treated in a hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group（68cases）and control group（68cases）,and they were given surgical routine care and comfortable care respectively.Then evaluated the preoperative mood,the amount of bleeding,operation time,satisfaction,postoperative hospitalization time and complications of two groups.Results：Compared with the control group,the preoperative SAS score and SDS score,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative complications,the operation time,and postoperative hospital stay of observation were significantly reduced,and the satisfaction was significantly increased,which the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of comfortable nursing for patients in operation room can significantly relieve the preoperative bad mood,and is conducive to the smooth operation and postoperative rehabilitation,which is worthy of clinical Popularization and application.
