摘要 利用发动机性能仿真软件GT POWER建立了某柴油机模型。选取喷油提前角、喷孔直径和EGR率为自变量,在保证动力性和经济性的基础上以降低NOx和Soot排放为目标进行实验设计(DOE),并对仿真结果进行了评估。应用多目标帕累托法进行参数寻优,得到了优化后的喷油提前角、喷孔直径和EGR率。验证表明拟合结果与模拟结果基本吻合。 In this paper,the model of a diesel engine was set up by use of the engine performance simulation software GT POWER.On the premise of guaranteeing the power and economy performance,selecting the injection timing,nozzle diameter and EGR ratio as independent variables,and taking reducing NOx and Soot emission as the goal,we conducted the design of experiments(DOE),and evaluated the simulation results.The multi-objective Pareto method was applied to the parameter optimization,and the optimized injection timing,hole diameter and EGR ratio were presented.The results show that the fitting results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
