摘要
对某型减振器进行三维流场仿真分析,与实验值作对比验证了模型的准确性,并利用建立的模型分析了减振器某些结构尺寸对其阻尼特性的影响。结果表明:随着活塞节流阀孔径、常通孔尺寸的增大,阻尼力减小,卸荷速度以及卸荷力减小;随着阀片组刚度的增大,开阀时刻延后,示功图面积增大;阀片刚度在一定范围内与阻尼力呈线性关系,超出一定范围非线性特性增强;弹簧对减振器阻尼力大小基本没有影响。
The 3Dsimulation of damper's fluid field is made based on the real model.Comparing with the experimental result,the validity of the simulation model can be proved.The influence of damper structure parameters on the damping characteristics of the shock absorber is analyzed.The results show that:as the diameters of throttle and normal hole decrease,the amplitude of damping force becomes smaller,the unloading force and unloading speed decrease.The bigger stiffness of valve slice,the later valve opens,the indicator diagram area increases.In a certain range,there is linear relationship between valve stiffness and damping force.Out of this range,the relationship between them becomes nonlinear.The influence of piston and bottom valve spring's stiffness on damping force is not obvious.
