摘要
以ABAQUS为计算平台,对气钉枪枪夹进行跌落冲击仿真分析,获得了跌落状态下枪夹内外壳结构的应力分布,并依据仿真结果找到导致失效的根本原因,对气钉枪进行结构优化。试验表明:依据数值模拟的枪体耐冲击特性分析是有效的,为今后手持冲击类工具结构设计提供了理论指导。
By use of ABAQUS software,through stress analysis of drop impact of holding type impact tool,the stress distribution state of the shell under impact environment is obtained,which can help us to find the root cause of the failure.The results show that the simulation results match with the experimental results,the characteristic analysis of gun based on numerical simulation is effective,which provides a theoretical guidance for holding type impact tool structure design.
