摘要
以新型TBM推进机构试验台主推进器为研究对象,根据该主推进器的结构特点,采用SolidWorks对其进行简化建模,然后导入到ADAMS中建立虚拟样机模型,对建立的虚拟样机进行多刚体逆运动学和正动力学仿真。利用ADAMS对试验台主推进器进行逆运动学仿真,之后反解其正动力学,避免了设计阶段繁杂的公式推导和计算,提高了设计效率。
In this paper,the main propulsion of a new TBM thruster mechanism test rig is studied.According to the structural characteristics of the test rig's main propulsion,the simplified model is set up and imported into the ADAMS to establish its virtual prototype by using SolidWorks,then the inverse kinematics and dynamics simulation of multi-rigid body are carried out.The ADAMS is used to simulate the inverse kinematics of the main propulsion of the test rig,then its positive dynamics is reversed,to avoid the complex formula derivation and calculation in design phase and improve the design efficiency.
