摘要 根据某一型号立式轴流泵的叶轮特征对其建立三维模型,利用叶轮工作时流场的属性,结合流固耦合的方法,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中的CFD模块对叶轮进行流场动力学仿真分析。在有限元软件流体动力学分析模块中添加流场流速、流体进出口和流场膨胀层等,得出叶轮周围流体的绕流迹线,以及叶片应力从叶顶到叶根的分布规律,发现进水处的叶片部分是应力最大处。这对水泵叶轮可靠性和水泵寿命分析具有重要的借鉴意义。 According to the characteristics of a type of axial flow pump's impeller,the 3Dmodel was built.Based on the attributes of flow field while impeller working and combined the method of fluid-structure interaction,the stress of impeller was analyzed by use of CFD plate of ANSYS Workbench.Then the conditions including the flow velocity of flow field,water inlet and water outlet,the expanded bed of flow field were added.Finally,the flow around trace of fluid and the distribution law of stress from top to bottom on impeller were obtained.The position of maximum stress concentration was close to the water inlet.The results have a significant consulting significance.
