基于SolidWorks的钻床夹具典型零部件库的开发

Developing A Typical Drill Jig Component Library Based on SolidWorks

目前在钻床夹具设计中大都采用通用CAD软件进行辅助设计。通用CAD软件中缺少专用零部件模型库,使得在钻床夹具的虚拟装配设计中有大量的零部件重复建模工作,导致设计效率较低。选用SolidWorks作为开发平台,用VB编写程序,建立了参数化的钻床夹具典型零部件库。该零部件库的应用解决了钻床夹具设计中大量标准零部件的快速建模问题,缩短了设计周期。

Recently CAD software is frequently used in designing drill jigs.However,most of the commercial CAD software lacks specialized component library,which is inefficient in practice.In this research,we develops a parameter-driven drill jig component library using Visual Basic based on SolidWorks,which can accelerate the designing process.
