摘要
为提高铸件质量、解决压铸制造中的质量管理问题,依据计算机辅助质量(CAQ)管理体系,提出了面向压铸制造的车间级质量监控系统,并构建了系统的层次结构和功能模型,开发并实际应用了该系统。结果表明,该系统可以降低企业的废品率,提高企业的生产效率。
In order to improve casting quality and solve the problem of die-casting quality management in manufacturing,based on Computer Aided Quality（CAQ）management system,a kind of hierarchical structure and function model of the quality monitoring system for die-casting manufacture on the workshop level is advocated.Furthermore,the system is developed and applied.It is shown that the system could promote the informatization level of the die-casting enterprise.
