基于同心环管冷却的高温轴设计

摘要 基于同心环管冷却理论,对工作温度为850℃的轴进行设计。在冷却水量为100t/h时,内壁强制对流换热系数为3 300 W/(m^2·K)。利用ABAQUS对高温轴进行传热和结构分析,结果表明:轴表面平均温度约162℃,轴强度、刚度满足设计要求。 Based on the theory of annular tube cooling,a shaft that can work under high operating temperature up to 850 ℃ is designed.When the amount of cooling water is 100t/h,the inner wall of the forced convection heat transfer coefficient is 3 300W/(m^2·K).The ABAQUS is used to analyze the structure and the heat transfer of the high temperature shaft.The numerical simulation results show that the average surface temperature of the shaft is about 162℃,and the stiffness and strength of the shaft are qualified.
