摘要
针对油井的特点,设计了万能抽油杆液动防喷器和万能抽油杆液动夹持装置,结合防喷伸缩管、接箍位置探测等全方位解决了带压起下抽油杆的各个难题,为完全意义上的油井带压作业提供了可靠的技术装备,并在现场实际运用中取得了较满意的作业效果。
Based on the characteristics of oil well,a sucker rod universal hydraulic blowout preventer and a universal sucker rod clamp device have been designed,which is combined with the bop expansion pipe and coupling position detection,being a comprehensive solution to each problem of tripping out and landing sucker rod under pressure.This device provides a reliable technical equipment for oil well pressure operation in the full sense and has achieved satisfactory effect in the field of practical application.
