摘要
液压缸跑合台作为某型弹射发射装置前(后)垂直油缸的专用跑合设备,经过多年持续工作后,出现驱动油缸驱动力下降、两腔活塞杆连接螺纹疲劳脱扣等情况。分析了上述故障出现的原因,并采取相应的措施解决了上述故障,提高了驱动油缸的使用性能,同时为同类液压缸的设计提供了借鉴。
Hydraulic cylinder running-in bed is a special device for testing the vertical cylinders in a type of guided missile launchers,after years of continuous work,the oil cylinder driving force declines,and the threaded connection has fatigue failure.In this paper,the fault reasons are analyzed,and corresponding measures are taken,and the problems are solved,which improves the performance of the driving cylinder,and provides reference for similar hydraulic cylinder design.
