摘要
针对市场上所用的手动叉车存在托板宽度不能调整,升、降速较慢等不足,基于UG三维软件设计了叉车的宽度伸缩和高度升降机构,并利用UG软件本身带有的机构运动仿真模块对所设计机构进行了虚拟运动仿真,仿真结果表明机构运动正确。
In light of the shortcomings of manual forklifts,such as the width of the pallet cannot be adjusted and ascending and descending speed is slow,we has designed the width extending mechanism and the lifting mechanism by use of 3Dsoftware UG.The virtual simulation of the designed mechanisms has been done by using UG module at the same time.The simulation results show that motion mechanisms are correct.
