摘要
针对耐时效镀锡产品生产技术方案的选择问题,结合镀锡产品的设备与工艺特点,对镀锡产品分别采用干平整、湿平整以及二次冷轧等3种技术方案进行了试验生产,得出了翔实的试验数据,并在此基础上,对3种技术方案进行了比较,从而得出了生产耐时效镀锡产品最优的技术方案,为工厂生产耐时效镀锡板产品提供了有力的试验基础与数据支撑,具有很高的参考价值,并可进一步推广应用。
To determine the production technical scheme of tin mill products with resistance to aging,dry temper rolling,wet temper rolling and double cold reduction were introduced to the experiment,and detailed test data were recorded.On the basis of the data,the optimal technology was established by comparing above three technologies.This technology provides solid experiment and statistics foundation for producing tin mill products,which has a high reference value and can be further applied.
