摘要
采用一种自适应阈值范围的Hough变换来检测阶梯轴零件中的直线。对传统的Hough变换进行了改进,快速、高精度地实现了对阶梯轴类零件轮廓直线的提取。结果显示:运用改进的Hough变换可有效提取轴类零件的轮廓直线,效果明显比传统Hough变换要好,为进一步的轴类零件尺寸测量奠定了基础。
An algorithm of Hough transform with the adaptive threshold interval was employed to extract the line of shaft,which improved the traditional Hough transform,to realize the detection of shaft component outline more quickly and precise.The results show that the improved Hough transform can effectively extract the contour line of shaft,and the effect is obviously better than that using the traditional Hough transform,which lays the foundation for further dimension measurement of shaft.
