摘要
采用计算机视觉技术,结合塔机的高级语义信息,提出了一种新的塔机垂直度检测算法。首先依据图像中的消隐点计算摄像机内参数;其次计算塔身理论轴心线;最后根据塔身理论轴心线与实际轴心线的值计算塔机垂直度。通过MATLAB仿真数据验证了基于计算机视觉的垂直度检测算法,实验表明:采用计算机视觉进行塔基垂直度测量是一种安全、高效的测量方法。
A new tower crane perpendicularity detection algorithm is proposed in this paper,which is based on computer vision technology,combined with high-level semantic information of the tower crane.Firstly,the inner camera parameter is computed according to the vanishing points in the image,and then the tower axis line is calculated in theory.The perpendicularity is achieved according to the theoretical verticality of tower axis line and the actual center line value.The algorithm is verified through the MATLAB experiment,and the result shows that the perpendicularity detection algorithm based on computer vision is a safe,efficient measurement method.
