摘要
介绍了一个考查学生的系统集成能力、软硬件应用水平和编程的创新性新实训项目。通过利用西门子DCS系统PCS7来实现EFAT/P实验装置上水箱液位的全过程给水自动控制。要求学生自主配置和组态设备、独立设计编写控制程序,将学过的分散的专业知识整合应用到此项目中。几届学生训练的结果表明:利用该系统可以大大提升学生的自动化工程素养和应用的创新意识。
This article describes a new training project which is to test students' ability to integrate systems,hardware and software applications and programming level.Through the use of a Siemens PCS7 DCS system,we can achieve full automatic water supply control of an EFAT/P experimental device.The students need to design and accomplish this task independently,to integrate the dispersed expertise into practice.The results of training show that using the system can enhance students' awareness of innovation.
